Cancellations/Returns (Shipping is non-refundable)
Full Refund/ Unopened (no broken seal) If canceled before the order is sent out. If the order has already shipped but has not been received and you need to cancel, you will be responsible for the return shipping (unopened packages) within 7 calendar days and will receive a full refund of the product price.
Open/Used Items If the package is open/used, unfortunately there are NO REFUND due to the type of product.
We are more than happy to give an exchange to make sure you are happy with the purchase.
